REQUIREMENTS

Communication of a specific requirement by a Company.  This is the starting point to gather all the information needed about the position and type of candidate required. Only request with a project already sold or started in a Company will be keep in consideration. No Proposal to Clients or project ideas.

JOB POST

Job posting of the position.

The Candidates are identified with IT tools to select the consultants possessing the required skills and necessary experience. A detailed Job Invitation is sent to all Candidates who are in line with the desired skills to verify their interest and availability for the project. At the same time, all recruiting channel are in place to find the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS

Examination of the CV database for suitability for the position and preliminary filtering of the suitable candidates.

Not all the candidates will be admitted to the 4th phase of the selection process.

INTERVIEWS

Organisation of the interviews between Candidate and Company representative who evaluates the Candidates’s suitability and provides further analysis and details of the professional context, the project goals and the Company’s expectations for the final results.

CONTRACT

Contracting the Consultant, once identified from the suitable candidates.

19 Family & Business undertakes the process of contracting the consultant, employing the successful candidates to work on the specific project.

TEAM START UP

Operational start up of the project and integration into the working Team.

Naturally, the Client’s evaluation of the Candidate will be continuous and it is possible to interrupt or suspend the employment.
