3 CLEAR PRINCIPLES

CANDIDATE EVALUATION

The Company is able to evaluate the Candidate both at the start of operations and throughout activities on the project as the work progresses. There is no obligation to retain the Candidate, if the specific project or employment conditions should change. The contract will, of course, include specific notice period mechanisms that safeguard both parties.

NO UPFRONT COST

There is no cost for either party.

The 19 Family & Business team works on the brief received from the Company, identifies the Candidates that fit the request and follows the process to its conclusion.

NO COMPETITION

The Company may not exert pressure on the Candidate that may lead to the Candidate’s withdrawal from the professional relationship with 19 Family & Business.

Similarly, the Candidate may not enter into direct employment without first informing 19 Family & Business and obtaining approval.
